ONLINE EVENT | Thinkers+Shakers Speaker Series - Diversity & Inclusion with Jane Ayaduray

Convergence Partners

Join Jane Ayaduray, in conversation with our own Dave Rees, as she shares actionable insights and lessons learned in her career designing and leading D&I initiatives for global multinationals including Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, and global top tier law firm White & Case.

Overview:
Diversity & Inclusion has gained much needed prominence in recent years as progressive companies have started to recognise that more must be done to address inequality of opportunity, and to make our workplaces accepting and inclusive environments.

Often, what is less clear is how to design and implement successful D&I initiatives. It can be challenging to define the scope, design a programme, gain management buy-in, and ensure tangible net gains.

This 30 minute session, delivered via Zoom, is an in-depth conversation with global D&I expert Jane Ayaduray. It aims to provide you with valuable insight based on Jane's real world experience of designing and implementing D&I programmes for global multinationals across several continents. You'll take away a range of ideas and specific examples of powerful initiatives, challenges overcome, and lessons learned.

This session will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A with Jane. Feel free to put your questions directly to us in advance when registering, or email dave@convergencepartners.co.nz
