Ros gained a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment working for a Global ASX listed recruitment firm in Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in Banking, Finance & Technology recruitment. She worked with Enterprise clients and SME’s across both private and public sectors. Ros then moved into internal recruitment where she was instrumental in building a team of 40 specialists for a start-up IT Consulting firm via strategic sourcing of domestic and international candidates, after which she joined a global data analytics firm as part of the Talent Acquisition team before migrating to New Zealand in 2017.
