She worked with Enterprise clients and SME’s across both private and public sectors. Ros then moved into internal recruitment where she was instrumental in building a team of 40 specialists for a start-up IT Consulting firm via strategic sourcing of domestic and international candidates, after which she joined a global data analytics firm as part of the Talent Acquisition team before migrating to New Zealand in 2017.

She has also worked at a Shared Services Centre based in Malaysia supporting internal and external hiring across different functions for production plants and offices in the Asia-Pacific region. Hannah relocated to NZ in 2016 to pursue higher education and started working at a multinational human resource consulting firm. She gained a strong foundation in resourcing and headhunting for technical IT roles. This led to Hannah’s transition into a Talent Acquisition Specialist role focusing on the permanent Accounting & Finance professionals.
