A Decade of Change? Have your say on women's careers in NZ

Ten years ago, we surveyed women across New Zealand about their careers, aspirations and workplace experiences.

The world of work has changed significantly since then, but many questions about leadership, career progression and workplace equity remain.

Inspired by the conversations we have every day as executive recruiters, we're revisiting this research to understand how women's career experiences and ambitions have evolved over the past decade.

Whether you're just starting your career or leading at executive or board level, we'd genuinely value your perspective in our nationwide survey.
