He joined the recruitment industry in the UK in 2004, before relocating to New Zealand in 2007. Dave’s focus is leading and supporting the Convergence team, as well as driving our research and insights initiatives. He undertakes searches for positions within People & Culture, and is endlessly intrigued by leadership, organisational dynamics, and the quest for the perfect selection process.
