After nine years with KPMG in a range of roles spanning NZ, USA and South-East Asia, Mike entered the recruitment industry in a role incorporating hands-on recruitment and managing both major key accounts and a successful business unit.

Having moved from front line recruitment in 2016, Mike now oversees the commercial, financial and legal affairs of Convergence.
